Configure forms, public images, and domains

Use Setup to control the records and public assets that feed the website without rewriting page content by hand.

Available to

Owners and admins with Website management access can use Setup after the first preview exists. Setup is hidden in demo schools.

Before you start

Publish the inquiry form itself from its pipeline before expecting a public website form to work. For domains, have access to the domain’s DNS provider so you can add the exact records shown by the dashboard.

Steps

Review the school and public selections

1. Open Website → Setup.
2. Under Brand & search, review Headline, Introduction, Brand voice, and search preview details, then select Save brand.
3. Under Programs & teachers, choose the records families may see and select Save selections.

Connect forms and client login

1. Open Forms & portal.
2. Choose the Trial request form. If none exists, select Create starter form, then review and publish that form in its owning pipeline.
3. Choose a separate Contact form, or use the trial request form for both.
4. Review the Primary button and Client button, then select Save forms.
5. Select Test client login and confirm it opens the intended portal sign-in experience.

Add public images

1. Open Images and add JPEG, PNG, WebP, or AVIF files up to 10 MB.
2. Enter alt text or mark a truly decorative image as Decorative image.
3. Select I can publish these images on the school website.
4. Select Publish images to add them to the public image library.
5. Select Remove only when an image is no longer needed. An image used by the live website cannot be removed until a version without it is published.

Connect a domain

1. Under Domains, enter the web address in Domain and select Connect domain.
2. Use Copy beside each DNS value and add it at your domain provider exactly as shown.
3. Select Check DNS after the records have had time to update.
4. Wait for Ownership verified, DNS ready, and HTTPS ready.
5. If you have multiple active domains, select Make primary for the one visitors should use. Select Remove only when the address should no longer connect.

What happens next

Saved selections and bindings are available to future preview updates. Public images join the website library, and domain checks continue until ownership, DNS, and HTTPS are ready.

If you do not see this option

Create the first preview and make sure you are not in a demo school. A form may be absent because it belongs to another pipeline, is archived, or has not been created. Domain controls can also stop at the school’s quota.
